Environment and sustainability

Silk takes around 4 years to decompose, has a low water and soil use and low CO2 footprint (compared to other fabrics). By purchasing silk, we support small family manufactures in many cases. On the other hand, clothing products made of synthetic fibers, which wear out easily and are replaced due to rapid changes in fashion, are difficult to recycle, they take 20-200 years to decompose, they are made using mineral soil, and the production of one kg of polyester uses 1900 liters of water. At Eva Miller, we believe that long-term sustainability can be realized if we buy quality, durable products and make thoughtful decisions to protect our environment and our health.

In many cases, our company works with family businesses and mothers who are in a difficult situation on the labor market. Whoever buys our products also supports them. Our packaging is recyclable and we promote regular tree planting.
